Brief
A 3-minute 3D animated romance comedy, made by a 15-person team representing MAAC Koramangala at the 24FPS International Animation Awards. A male mannequin in a shop window falls for the female mannequin newly installed across the street; when his shop is set to close, he breaks out to reach her.
Role
Role
Team Lead and Production Head. I structured the team across pre-production, production, and post-production phases, coordinating storyboard artists, modelers, texturers, riggers, animators, lighting artists, compositors, and colorists.
Hands-on contributions: modeled and textured the side characters, built additional 3D props, designed the environment layout, and ran the rendering pipeline.
